Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Anyways Blinds offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Products, Content and Specifications

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@anywaysblinds.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. All items must be packed securely and shipped back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items returned due to our error or defects, return shipping will be prepaid or covered by Anyways Blinds. For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or made-to-measure blinds, clearance items, items purchased more than 30 days ago, and items that show signs of use or installation. Sale items and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@anywaysblinds.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded. If it costs more, you will be charged the difference.
